1. Introduction
These Terms govern your purchase of Tarot readings and digital products from Rita Rottelbac (“Service Provider”). By purchasing, you accept these Terms.

2. Nature of Services

• Entertainment & Insight: Readings are for spiritual, self-development, and entertainment purposes.

• Not Professional Advice: Tarot readings are not a substitute for medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

• Free Will: You are responsible for your own decisions; we are not liable for outcomes based on readings.

3. Payment & Delivery

• All prices in EUR (€).

• Payment is required 100% in advance via Stripe to secure your booking or receive your digital product.

• Digital products (PDF readings) are delivered via email within 6 business days.

• Files are sent digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

4. Refunds & Cancellations

• Due to the personalized nature, all digital readings are final sale, no refunds.

• Live Zoom readings: may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance; late cancellations forfeit payment unless caused by provider technical issues.

5. Intellectual Property
All content (PDFs, images, etc.) is for personal use only. No resale, distribution, or publication.

6. Code of Conduct & Right to Refuse
We may refuse service for unethical requests or harassment; a full refund will be provided in these cases.
