How are written readings delivered?
All readings and related materials are conducted personally & sent via email to the address provided at booking.
How long does it take to receive a written reading?
Readings are delivered within up to 6 business days, allowing me to combine intuition & careful research into a thoughtful, personalized insight.
I do not offer refunds on readings. However if you need to reschedule your reading, you can do so up to 24 hours in advance. If you need to cancel your reading and are not ready to reschedule at that time, you will not lose the credit toward a future reading (though keep in mind you will not be reminded of that credit and are responsible for reaching out when you are ready).

Can I purchase a session as gift?
Yes. Please use your email at check out. Once booked, please email me at ritarottelbac@dialogictarot.com and indicate the gift recipient’s name, email address, and whether you’d like me to inform them about the gift.
How do I ask my question?
Once booked, you’ll get a confirmation e-mail with a link to submit your question.
